According to a report by News1 on June 1, Hyeri purchased a multi-family home in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu for ₩7.75 billion KRW (approximately $5.7 million USD) in August 2022, under a family-owned corporation.
The property sits in a premium “triple station” zone, just minutes from Seonjeongneung Station (Line 9 and Suin–Bundang Line) and Gangnam-gu Office Station (Line 7).

Hyeri demolished the existing structure and built a brand-new building with two underground floors and six above ground. Factoring in transaction fees (₩450 million KRW) and construction costs (₩2.5 billion KRW), the total investment came to approximately ₩10.7 billion KRW.
Real estate expert Kim Kyung-hyun of Building Road explained that the newly completed building is now up for lease with a deposit of ₩400 million KRW and monthly rent of ₩30 million KRW. If sold, the building is projected to yield a profit of over ₩3 billion KRW (roughly $2.2 million USD) within just three years.

This isn’t Hyeri’s first venture into property. She also owns a second building in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam, which she purchased in December 2020 for ₩4.39 billion KRW through a corporation she personally established. Like the Samseong-dong project, she tore down the old structure and rebuilt it, with current estimates valuing it at over ₩10 billion KRW, promising another ₩3 billion KRW in potential profit.
In total, Hyeri’s real estate gains are estimated at over ₩6 billion KRW (approximately $4.4 million USD), highlighting her sharp business acumen beyond her entertainment career.
